P\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u asijsk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f byly v\u0161ak zaznamen\u00e1ny trendy, kter\u00e9 jim maj\u00ed pomoci udr\u017eet ceny kabel\u016f pro strukturovanou kabel\u00e1\u017e co nejn\u00ed\u017ee. Tato \u201e\u00fasporn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed\u201c znamenaj\u00ed mnohdy omezen\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed m\u011bdi a maj\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u00fd negativn\u00ed vliv na v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 parametry kabel\u016f t\u011bchto v\u00fdrobc\u016f. V praxi jde obvykle o n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed postupy:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">-zmen\u0161en\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011bru vodi\u010de \u2013 u kabel\u016f kategorie 5e ze standardn\u00edch 0,511 mm (AWG24) na 0,48, 0,45 \u010di jen 0,40 mm;<br \/>\n-kombinace m\u011bdi s jin\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly \u2013 kv\u016fli levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrob\u011b jednotliv\u00fdch vodi\u010d\u016f zvy\u0161uj\u00ed v\u00fdrobci zastoupen\u00ed tzv. ne\u010dist\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f na \u00fakor m\u011bdi;<br \/>\n-vyu\u017eit\u00ed jin\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f \u2013 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdrobci v \u010c\u00edn\u011b nab\u00edz\u00ed v\u00fdrobu kabel\u016f za pou\u017eit\u00ed tenk\u00fdch ocelov\u00fdch a hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch dr\u00e1t\u016f (CCS a CCA), kter\u00e9 potahuj\u00ed vrstvou m\u011bdi. Tyto kabely maj\u00ed hor\u0161\u00ed vodivost ne\u017e celom\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9 kabely (nap\u0159. je u nich problematick\u00e9 provozov\u00e1n\u00ed PoE &#8211; Power over Ethernet). (V\u00edce o t\u011bchto kabelech d\u00e1le v \u010dl\u00e1nku);<br \/>\n-neodpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed d\u00e9lka v balen\u00ed \u2013 v\u00fdrobce deklaruje d\u00e9lku 305 m v boxu, re\u00e1ln\u011b je kabel v\u00fdrazn\u011b krat\u0161\u00ed;<br \/>\n-pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00ed recyklovan\u00e9ho PVC \u2013 m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek hor\u0161\u00ed vlastnosti pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b (nap\u0159. jeho prask\u00e1n\u00ed, hor\u0161\u00ed odolnost proti p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdm vliv\u016fm z okol\u00ed atd.).<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z nejv\u00edce vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch \u00fasporn\u00fdch postup\u016f je n\u00e1hra\u017eka m\u011bdi jin\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly. V sou\u010dasnosti pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed asij\u0161t\u00ed v\u00fdrobci dva hlavn\u00ed zp\u016fsoby:<\/p>\n<p>1. CCA (Copper Clad Aluminium)<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z nejv\u00edce vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch \u00fasporn\u00fdch postup\u016f je n\u00e1hra\u017eka m\u011bdi jin\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly &#8211; CCA (Copper Clad Aluminium)<\/p>\n<p>Charakteristika<\/p>\n<p>Vodi\u010d je tvo\u0159en hlin\u00edkov\u00fdm j\u00e1drem s m\u011bd\u011bn\u00fdm obalem. Obvykl\u00fd pom\u011br t\u011bchto materi\u00e1l\u016f je 90% hlin\u00edku, 10% m\u011bdi. Vodivost je u st\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9ho proudu u frekvenc\u00ed nad 5 MHz stejn\u00e1 jako u m\u011bdi, v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b stejnosm\u011brn\u00e9ho proudu jen cca 62% ne\u017e u m\u011bdi.<\/p>\n<p>Vyu\u017eit\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>tam, kde je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eit co nejv\u00edce hmotnost (nap\u0159. v automobilov\u00e9m a leteck\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu);<br \/>\npro zemn\u00edc\u00ed vodi\u010de;<br \/>\nv p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b n\u011bkter\u00fdch televizn\u00edch koaxi\u00e1ln\u00edch kabel\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdhody<\/p>\n<p>n\u00edzk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed n\u00e1klady (resp. ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b celom\u011bd\u011bn\u00e9ho vodi\u010de). Ud\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee v rozmez\u00ed 30 \u2013 55%;<br \/>\nn\u00edzk\u00e1 v\u00e1ha.<\/p>\n<p>Nev\u00fdhody<\/p>\n<p>neproch\u00e1z\u00ed testy m\u011b\u0159\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm d\u00edky vysok\u00e9mu \u00fatlumu);<br \/>\nmen\u0161\u00ed elektrick\u00e1 vodivost (ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s celom\u011bd\u011bn\u00fdm vodi\u010dem cca o 20 &#8211; 40%). M\u00e1 vliv na \u00fatlum a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm podporu PoE (Power over Ethernet);<br \/>\nmen\u0161\u00ed pevnost v tahu ne\u017e u CCS a celomed\u011bn\u00fdch vodi\u010d\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>2. CCS (Copper Clad Steel)<\/p>\n<p>Charakteristika<\/p>\n<p>Vodivost 21 %, 30 %, 40 % podle stupnice IACS, pom\u011br m\u011bdi 6 %, 14 %, nebo 20 % v pr\u016fm\u011bru vodi\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Vyu\u017eit\u00ed<\/p>\n<p>v p\u0159\u00edpadech, kde je nutn\u00e9 zajistit v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pevnost vodi\u010de v tahu;<br \/>\npro zemn\u00edc\u00ed vodi\u010de;<br \/>\np\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u vodi\u010d\u016f s velikost\u00ed od AWG 26 ( 0,48 mm) do AWG 20.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdhody<\/p>\n<p>vet\u0161\u00ed pevnost v tahu;<br \/>\nlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e Cu vodi\u010de.<\/p>\n<p>Nev\u00fdhody<\/p>\n<p>men\u0161\u00ed elektrick\u00e1 vodivost (ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s celom\u011bd\u011bn\u00fdm vodi\u010dem cca o 30 %). M\u00e1 vliv na \u00fatlum a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm PoE (Power over Ethernet), pro kter\u00fd je tento typ vodi\u010de nepou\u017eiteln\u00fd;<br \/>\nnap\u0159. CCS kabel s AWG 20 m\u00e1 stejnou vodivost jako Cu vodi\u010d s AWG 30.<\/p>\n<p>Oba tyto typy kabel\u016f (tj. CCA a CCS) vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed tzv. \u201eskin\u201c efektu, kdy st\u0159\u00eddav\u00fd proud m\u00e1 tendence se koncentrovat (p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et) na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch okraj\u00edch vodi\u010de a m\u011b\u010f m\u00e1 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b lep\u0161\u00ed vodiv\u00e9 vlastnosti ne\u017e hlin\u00edk nebo ocel.<\/p>\n<p>Kabely vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 \u00fasporn\u00fdmi metodami nevyhovuj\u00ed p\u0159edepsan\u00fdm norm\u00e1m pro strukturovanou kabel\u00e1\u017e. Kabely s men\u0161\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011brem vodi\u010d\u016f a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm pom\u011brem jin\u00fdch surovin vykazuj\u00ed podstatn\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkonov\u00e9 parametry, a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u \u00fatlumu, ACR, PSACR a return loss (zp\u011btn\u00e9ho odrazu). Jako d\u016fsledek t\u011bchto hor\u0161\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed jedn\u00e9 nebo v\u00edce komponent pak cel\u00e1 s\u00ed\u0165 nespl\u0148uje deklarovan\u00e9 parametry. I p\u0159i b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m provozu po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b pak nast\u00e1vaj\u00ed zna\u010dn\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee s korektn\u00edm p\u0159enosem sign\u00e1lu.<\/p>\n<p>Vodi\u010de s men\u0161\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011brem jsou rovn\u011b\u017e m\u00e9n\u011b odoln\u00e9 proti nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159i instalaci kabel\u016f je jejich odolnost v tahu men\u0161\u00ed a p\u0159i doporu\u010den\u00e9m maxim\u00e1ln\u00edm nam\u00e1h\u00e1n\u00ed 110 N ( 11 kg) hroz\u00ed jejich po\u0161kozen\u00ed. P\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed t\u011bchto kabel\u016f ve vertik\u00e1ln\u011b veden\u00e9m kabelov\u00e9m svazku op\u011bt hroz\u00ed jejich po\u0161kozen\u00ed kv\u016fli men\u0161\u00ed odolnosti v tahu ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se stejn\u00fdm svazkem z kabel\u016f s vodi\u010di o standardn\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011bru.<\/p>\n<p>U kabel\u016f s men\u0161\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011brem tak\u00e9 nen\u00ed po za\u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed do IDC svorkovnice patch panel\u016f, z\u00e1suvek nebo keyston\u016f zaji\u0161t\u011bn v t\u011bchto svorkovnic\u00edch dobr\u00fd elektrick\u00fd kontakt a vodi\u010de kv\u016fli men\u0161\u00edmu pr\u016f\u0159ezu ze svorkovnice vypad\u00e1vaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161echny v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 probl\u00e9my se prom\u00edtaj\u00ed i do b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b u\u017eivateli. Doch\u00e1z\u00ed k probl\u00e9m\u016fm s korektn\u00edm p\u0159enosem sign\u00e1lu, a tedy ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdkonu s\u00edt\u011b. M\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 doj\u00edt k mechanick\u00e9mu po\u0161kozen\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b odoln\u00fdch kabel\u016f a v\u00fdpadku cel\u00e9ho s\u00ed\u0165ov\u00e9ho segmentu.
